Norway Company Formation

First is the Norwegian Corporation called the AS and second is the registration of a sister company of an English Limited company known as the NUF.

  • Auditor may be removed, but is required for stating the opening balance

Apart from this a fee of £5,320 to be paid to Brønnøysundregistrene will be required.
